Empowering South Carolinians Through Precinct Engagement
by: mySCGOP.com & mySCGOP.news
This section offers a thorough insight into our mission to educate grassroots activists about South Carolina’s precinct reorganization. It underscores our commitment to empowering citizens with the knowledge to influence political processes effectively.

This is YOUR opportunity to make a real difference in America.
Every two years, we clear more swamp out of the Republican Party in South Carolina! Let’s make sure that MAGA is in control in 2025-26, both in your home county, as well as in the leadership roles for the Republican party in Columbia. All we need is your attendance at your local Precinct ReOrg in March 2025 – so you can vote MAGA.
By joining in with the biannual South Carolina Republican Party ReOrg, you can make a real difference.

Leadership from the Bottom Up
Believe it or not, the Republican Party is a bottoms up, grassroots organization. Everything at the top can change if MAGA / America First show up in massive numbers at their local Precinct ReOrg meeting in March 2025. What happens at your precinct (March 2025) … trickles up to your county (April 2025) … then to the state (May 2025) … and ultimately to the RNC in Washington, DC.

Don’t complain … just SHOW UP!!!

ReOrg Timeline:
(1) in March 2025, Precincts will ReOrg with new local GOP leadership,
(2) in April 2025, all 46 counties will have their County Convention and elect new GOP county leadership, &
(3) in May 2025, the SCGOP will have our STATE CONVENTION to elect new GOP statewide leadership.
It is an exciting time … and this is your chance to GET INVOLVED!!! As we have said for 4 years now … “Decisions are made by those who show up.”
Never Heard of ReOrg? The Secret Election.
Most people have never heard of Precinct ReOrg. I was a lifelong Republican … actually a member of my College Republicans … and never learned about Precinct ReOrg until I was 50 years old in 2017 when I attended my first ReOrg.
Literally 5 people showed up to vote for my precinct leadership, a precinct with approximately 2,400 people. Why did I not know about Precinct ReOrg? Because it is the “Secrete Election”.
The RINO Establishment kept it a secret … they want to “Keep it small, to control it all.”
Our goal with mySCGOP is to teach as many people as possible about ReOrg … to get as many people as possible involved … so no one can control it … just The People.
What is Precinct ReOrg?
Every two years, as required by law, the entire Republican (and Democrat) Party ‘Reorganizes” from the bottom up. We elect new leadership from the BOTTOM to the TOP. This is YOUR chance to get involved and make a real difference.

Why is ReOrg Critical?
ReOrg is important because the GOP has such a large voice. Most of us just “trust” what the Republican Party tells us. If the SCGOP State Chairman tells us that a candidate is “good” … they must be good … right? #NO!!!
The Republican Party has been run for decades by the RINO Establishment. They lied to us about who was “good” & who was “bad”. Trump, bad … McCain, good … that is what they told us. That served their purposes … bigger government … and more uniparty decisions.
ReOrg is critical because if The People control the party, we get better candidates & elected officials, which leads to better Laws & Legislation. It is simple … and it all starts with Precinct ReOrg.

How Do You Win?
How do you win in your personal Precinct ReOrg? Simple … BRING MORE PEOPLE TO THE MEETING!!! If the MAGA / America FIRST people outnumber the “establishment” … WE WIN!!!
Bring ALL your friends & Family … any random neighbor you know that supports the MAGA / America First Agenda … and Vote Out the RINOs!!!
It’s easy … WE far outnumber them and their little secret clubs.

How Do I Find More People to Invite?
MAGA America First people are everywhere … we just need to connect with them and let them know about ReOrg.
There are lots of ways to find MAGA America First folks … look for houses with TRUMP signs or flags … cars with TRUMP bumper stickers … T-shirts, Hats … find them on social media. There are literally tens of thousands begging to be told about ReOrg. We are everywhere.
And we have data lists too … Hard Rs & others that are particularly motivated to VOTE … but in all likelihood don’t even know about Precinct ReOrg. How many people voted for TRUMP in the February 24th, 2024 Presidential Preference Primary … 452,496. We only need a very small fraction of those people to come out in March 2025 … and we will easily purge all the RINOs.

Need a MAP of your Precinct?
This used to be the hardest things to find … exactly what are the boundaries of your personal precinct. We have now cracked that secret code. Here is a good article on how to get individual precinct maps (mySCGOP.news, 2/10/2023: HERE), and here is a link for all the county wide maps at the SC Revenue & Fiscal Affairs Office (HERE).

America FIRST Slate
Go to your Precinct ReOrg PREPARED. Use your America First SLATE to write down “who” on your TEAM you will all be voting for in each available position. That includes Precinct Leadership (mainly the EC & President – the rest are not very active yet) … as well as your all important COUNTY DELEGATES that will go to the County Convention and elect your MAGA / America First County Leadership.

Your Precinct Slate:
Write it down!!! Don’t just assume you will “figure it out” when you get to the Precinct ReOrg meeting. You won’t and things will get confused. We have heard too many stories of good people voting for RINOs … and in fact my Mother voted for a RINO in 2021 because she did not know “who was who” when she go to the ReOrg meeting … and of course the RINO sounded good.
Here is a working copy sample (front & back) from my personal 2023 ReOrg. We have 25 delegates in 2025 … and have about 75 people lined up to attend our ReOrg meeting. If we get 50 we will be happy.

Description of Precinct Officers
Executive Committeeman (EC): Participates in your county GOP business meetings. Usually 4 +/- times per year. Acts as the voice for Republican voters in their precinct, casting votes at the local GOP business meetings on their behalf. Keeps in touch with County GOP Leadership and updates precinct members on relevant county GOP activities. Starts their term after the local County GOP Convention in April of odd number years.
President: Organizes and presides at precinct meetings as needed. Organizes the next precinct ReOrg meeting at the end of his or her term. Attends Greenville GCRP business meetings. Serves as the automatic proxy for the Precinct EC in their absence and votes at GCRP Business meetings (when no proxy is given).
There is also a precinct Secretary, Treasurer, 1st Vice & 2nd Vice Chairs … but these are basically in title only. Have a MAGA America First person fill all these roles, but realize (as of today) they are primarily only titles and really don’t do anything. We hope to change that in the future.
Delegates to the County Convention
Delegate to the County Convention: Now DELEGATES are super important. They attend the County Convention in April and VOTE on (#1) any business matters and (#2) the MAGA America First SLATE of County Officers. This typically is the County Chairman, 1st Vice Chair & the State Executive Committeeman (and any other local officers per local rules). NOTE: Precinct Officers can, and should, also be Delegates to the County Convention.
Alternate Delegate to the County Convention: Alternate Delegates elected from each precinct are activated as needed at the County Convention, in the order the names are written on Form 2 (by number of votes received or the agreed upon order). They vote in place of any Delegate who has not arrived, or who has to leave before voting starts at the County Convention.
The Precinct ReOrg Agenda:
This is how your Precinct ReOrg meeting will progress. It looks intimidating for some … but be assured it is very simple. And, no matter how complicated, if you have (#1) 30 MAGA / America First friends with you & (#2) your SLATE written down … and the RINOs only have 5 people … no matter what happens, YOU will win!!!
The key is bringing as many people as you can … and voting for your SLATE as a block.

If you are currently a Precinct President (or EC) running your ReOrg meeting, here is a handy checklist to help you prepare. Again, it may seem complicated and stressful … but it is not … especially once you get the hang of it.

Sample ReOrg Meeting:
Watch the following video of a mock ReOrg meeting. It can be fun … so enjoy!!! This is a sample of what “tricks” the old guard establishment might pull to keep their little “titles”. Don’t be fooled … and don’t be rushed or steamrolled by the RINOs.
One correction: This 2021 video says that all elections are by secret ballot which is not necessary. Votes may be taken by raising hands or unanimous consent (ie, everyone agrees).
ReOrg Form 1 & Form 2:
The two main “official” forms for your Precinct ReOrg are Form 1 (every person completes) and the Form 2 (reports the results of the election for new Precinct leadership).

SCGOP Form 1 (pdf): HERE

SCGOP Form 2 (pdf): HERE
Take Pictures of the FORMS!
Before leaving your ReOrg meeting, make sure to take pictures of your Form 1s & the Form 2. Sadly, there are way too many reports of the establishment RINOs “changing” or “losing” forms. Just be safe, take a picture.
Fees?
Each county is different when it comes to fees. Generally there is NO COST to come to your Precinct ReOrg and vote for the MAGA / America First Slate.
There can be a fee for county convention in April. For example Greenville charges $20 to attend the county convention, unless you are a paid member of the GCRP. These fees are typically due AT THE REORG MEETING, so bring some cash or a checkbook just in case. There are cost involved with hosting a large convention … so $20 seems fair given the GCRP Convention is twice as large as the SCGOP State Convention in May.
The is always a charge for the SCGOP State Convention in May. Typically the SCGOP will charge $50 +/- to attend.
ReOrg Make-Up Meeting
It is critical to attend your initial Precinct ReOrg meeting … that is where leaderships is all elected by those who show up … but there is a ReOrg Make-Up meeting. By rule it has to be held in one single location within your county. If a precinct has not completely filled all their County Delegate slots, this is the meeting where you can sign up to be a county delegate.
The ReOrg Make-Up meeting is also the time where previously UNORGANIZED Precincts will be organized.
